MY STORY
I got fired over a Zoom call! In the pandemic, right from the cozy confines of my closet! Can you believe the irony of that moment?
For 17 years, I was immersed in the hustle and bustle of Corporate America with a flourishing marketing career.
But then, destiny had other plans for me, and everything took a twist…
Hi, I'm Katie, a lipstick-obsessed podcaster with a deep love for fashion that I now realize is the unsung hero of personal development.
The loss of my career created a human-sized hole in my identity, and I didn’t know who I was anymore. After weeks of walking around with bed-head, feeling like a zombie, I decided to start wearing a bright lipstick color every day, no matter what, to boost my mood. Little by little I began to rebuild my confidence and regain hope that I would figure out my next step.
Then I remembered that fashion was always my first love, so much so, that I had even gone to college for it originally (before taking on that marketing career). And, then in a lightning bolt moment, I knew my destiny was to help other women rebuild their confidence and experience the transformational powers of creating a Signature Style.
