This is our first interview on the Just Realized podcast and we had the pleasure of interviewing Cindy Kremer. 

Cindy holds a Masters of Human Resources degree and has been in the field for over 13 years. Her passion is to help corporate women align home and work with their core desired feelings and reaching for the life they have always wanted. She thrives on running a household with two little girls while balancing a career that she loves. 

We talk about getting into alignment with what you want in life, how to find support and the power of a morning routine.
