Your Upper Limit is the maximum point you have set for yourself to feel good. It’s the limit that you subconsciously set to feel love and receive abundance. We all have one and when we get close to it or push through it we start to self-sabotage.
Mind blown, right?!?! This concept is introduced in the new book I am reading, The Big Leap, by Gay Hendricks. At first, I was like I would never do that to myself, but the more I read the more aha moments I have.
