Food… my second favorite F word.
The Taurus moon in me CRAVES, NEEDS, and OBSESSES about security so when I decided to start a new business at almost 40 and leave behind life as I knew it, I learned quickly I needed to surround myself with people and things that supported me fully… and that definitely included FOOD.
My hormones were out of whack (work in progress) my meal planning game was non-existent (even more of a work in progress) and I used food to escape my fear, not fuel it.
I truly believe food is medicine but it wasn’t mine, because I didn’t have a relationship with it.
So, as the universe would have it I found myself on a call with @amberdawn_wellness talking about styling and I was like, “Wait! I actually need you.”
I hired Amber to help me on my journey to heal my hormones and feel fucking amazing and I wanted to share her knowledge on the pod with you today. It is actually WAY more than just food… go figure it always is.
