Yes, it is true. Clothes are our second skin.  We take them with us everywhere we go. The right outfit can help you be more present, calmer, more powerful, or even more focused. 

So, today on the podcast I chat with outdoor women’s clothing designer, Alisa Otto. She takes us through her journey in getting her master’s in Fashion Design, teaching these principles for years to upcoming designers, and the pain point that finally pushed her to start her own clothing company while pregnant.
