Erin is a Leo sun, Scorpio rising, Aquarius moon, Manifesting Generator, Enneagram 4. She holds her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, is the author of Motherhood Stripped, and holds several certifications in different coaching approaches and energetic healing modalities.

She is a motherhood mentor who suffered from anxiety and overwhelm early on in motherhood. With her experience and credentials, she guides her clients to learn to heal and manage their own anxiety and overwhelm. Erin teaches through a layered approach called the Layered Growth Method. She also teaches women to become their own intuitive guide leading them to create a dream life that is fully aligned. This is done through the different layers that teach self-care, energetic awareness, boundaries, and more

Erin is teaching women how to let go of strict masculine structure, heal and weave in the divine feminine so they can have complete control over their to-do list and their time… because they’ll realize it’s about mastering their ENERGY AND FLOW and not time and structure.

When Erin isn’t working, you’ll find her with her two beautiful children, husband of more than a decade, two Irish Setters, and a Siamese cat. They are often getting away to their lake house in Upstate New York where they soak up the lake life. You’ll also almost always find her with a book and/or camera in hand.
