Many have compared building confidence to building muscle. In fact, we can build muscle memory through our experience with clothes by noting the feeling they create & how we react. 

It is a lot like “character” building.  When you wear something that makes you feel confident you will do things out of your comfort zone & begin to build that part of your “character”.

So, when it comes to embodying the powerful energy of the feminine tapping into her “character” through what you wear comes essential.  (Sometimes I call this putting on my “confidence costume”.)
